Spending the day with blogger, Jeyanthi Desan, of ‘HAPPY GO KL’: Concubine Lane, Ipoh…

I lived next to Concubine Lane for the first 10 years of my life and my father/brother had a tailor shop 2 doors away for close to 55 years. It was a joy taking another blogger there.

Concubine Lane is a must-see place if you’re in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

First stop: Concubine Lane, Old Town, Ipoh. Its official name is Panglima Lane.

It is called Concubine Lane because a very rich man bought a house on this lane and housed his concubine there.
